Floods in Bihar: Over 23 lakh affected. PLEASE HELP!

Recent reports from the disaster management department have confirmed 23.71 lakh people in 1,115 villages living in 12 districts of the state to be under direct effect of the flood.

No doubt that Bihar is facing one of the worst floods in the decade.

National Disaster Response Force (NDRF)  teams and Government officials are doing their best to provide support to the flood victims and are constantly asking for help in every way possible.

We visited those community people in different flood relief camps in and around Patna and tried to find out apart from government support what extra they require:

2. Utensils
3. Milk (For 3-6 month children)
3. General Medicine for cold & cough, fever, TB, wound and itching problem.

6. Dry/ready to eat Food
7. Monetary contribution: (Basically to purchase fodder for cattle which will enable the herders to earn money for their rehabilitation by selling milk, and also for post flood situation, Especially for construction of their huts).
