The minister also reviewed the projects implemented under Bihar State Road Development Corporation. It is said that the construction of about 7.6 km long R Block-Digha road has cost about 340.51 crores. On the other hand, 54.51 km long Bihiya-Jagdishpur-Piro-Bihta road is being constructed at an expenditure of Rs 504.20 crore.
The Minister reviewed the progress of work in the meeting by becoming aware of various projects implemented under the Asian Development Bank, Flavors Finance, etc. He directed to expedite the 9.76 km long 6-lane Ganga Bridge project on the Ganges River. In the meeting, the site visit program of the Ganga Path project implemented on the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) tender system was decided. Apart from this, a site tour of all the main projects has been planned. The minister also directed to take action for deputation on vacant posts under the corporation.
